Nanban (transl. Friend) is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language transitioning parody show movie coordinated by Shankar. It is a revamp of Rajkumar Hirani's Hindi film 3 Idiots (2009). The film stars Vijay, Jiiva, Srikanth, Ileana D'Cruz, Sathyaraj and Sathyan.
The plot of the film delineates the embarkment of two companions on a journey for a lost pal, who was once a hopeful and fruitful understudy.
